Working as a coach in the long-term care industry she helped over 30 communities develop successful strategies, efficient systems, and cohesive teams.

Currently she is managing a Naturopathic Clinic in Portsmouth, NH.  Kerrie knows that no single approach is right for every situation so she takes the time to understand the unique needs and challenges of the clinic teams she guides and provides specialized support needed in optimizing positive client experience and efficiency.
